On December 7, 2024, I attempted to purchase the Path of Exile 2 test experience package using a KK card. As it was the first day of the test, the web page also crashed several times. When I first tried to redeem, the webpage indicated a timeout. The second time I tried, it said that it had already been used, and as a result, I received nothing (not even any points). I tried sending an email to customer service, but I haven't received any response after more than a week. No one responded to my post on the forum either. I'm really disappointed with GGG.
