POE2 Game screen major strobe flashing

Hi When in Ziggurat Encampment the screen constantly flashes it only happens in this location. Also the loading of any map location takes 3 - 4 min each time sometimes i have even died being in battle in background as it appears i have landed at location before the game screen shows and opens the location. there is also rubber banding/stuttering of game after it opens any map or new location.

yep i get green and black flickering, the floors and sometimes the entire screen flicker black, or green. mostly in vaal ziggurat areas in act 3.

ryzen 5 7600x with rtx 2060

same issue of screen flashing randomly only at this location.

I switched from DX12 to Vulkan and no longer got the strobe

Same here with RTX 3080 and dlss on
Some areas are just flickering on some obstacles, like stones, water etc.

try to get to older video driver version, is works for me

No i have an updated high quality vid card its not my hardware or driver software its the game and only in that location if it was an issue with my hardware it would happen in other places. its that maps and only that map.
