damage recouped

damage recouped as mana not working in poe 2 as it should work
on tree is working but on items not working at all like i have 70% damage recouped as mana and its not recouped at all

read a few other posts about it being bugged.

I have 100% mana recouped and i don't notice it triggering at all.

Please fix, my build is unplayable in it's current state with the investment made to recoup and i don't want to reroll :/

also bugged here 70% recoup as mana with mind over matter and its not triggering as a chronomancer
