Mark Town NPC Story Threads as Read

When speaking to NPCs / vendors they have things to say about the story. After choosing to listen to each message, the same topics aren't marked as read (usually turning the same words into a lighter color). I forget what I've listened to and what I haven't. This would be a great quality of life feature.
