(POE2) Rework the world map

My POE2 experience has been positive overall, but the glaring issue during the campaign has been the world map. These are the usability problems I've encountered:

- Waypoints should always show connections between them, even when not hovered. The lack of connections makes the map nearly unreadable and requires hovering over each waypoint to discover where to go.
- It frequently takes several seconds to load (longer than an entire zone!), which I assume is due to the random layout. This interrupts my flow more than anything else and as a result I avoid using the map whenever possible.
- The multi-layer map design barely serves its purpose of navigation. I watched several streamers (and myself) be constantly confused by it. Why are some waypoints duplicated on surface and underground? Why have underground at all?
- Clicking on an underground waypoint from the surface layer causes the layer to change instead of teleporting. This results in having to find the waypoint I wanted to teleport to again, causing even more friction.
- The random layout didn't feel "fresh" between repeats of 1-3 and 4-6 and only added to the frustration.
- Markers are difficult to tell when they've been completed or not just from transparency. I suggest adding checkmarks to completed side objectives.

I suggest scrapping the randomized layout and go back to using a fixed layout that combines the surface and underground waypoints in a single screen.

Barring that, fixing the load time issues and adding permanent connecting lines would make the current iteration tolerable. It wouldn't do anything to address the awkwardness of the multiple layers though.
