Account Linking-Problem

I had two Accounts.
One with Steam and one with GGG.
Well, in preparation for PoE 2 i merged both accounts via the PoE-Homepage and bought a Supporter-Pack.

The problem now is that they are separate accounts and have not really been merged.

Achievements & Challenges, Achievements and all purchases from PoE are now in the wrong account. While the purchased Supporter Pack as well as the currency received with it are on the second account.

When I merged the two accounts, I assumed that they would be merged into one account.
Unfortunately, this is not the case.
Is there a solution to this problem?

I am having the same issue I emailed support 10days ago still waiting for a reply
