died in hardcore maps, cannot run maps in Softcore

Title says it all, died in hardcore maps last night but in softcore I have no access to the map device and cant figure out any way to get it.

Same issue here, died in HC maps and the map device doesn't work. Tried killing Doryani act6 again and to talk to him (he doesn't have any dialogue) and other NPCs, but nothing fixed it.
So basically death in HC maps = character is bricked |

Still reproducing. After dying on HC SSF, the character has no quest to get the Atlas after killing the final boss of "act 6" as SC SSF char, I can only see the zeroed atlas passives and atlas map interfaces. it's a blocker bug.
