waiting for a mail back
hello
i am unfortunatly waiting for a mail back for over 7 days now about my physical items that are part of the highest poe2 supporter pack apperantly i opted out without any info. i do want my physical stuff to be coming to my home i did send this back to them as a reply but now i have been waiting for over a week basicly for a new response how to get my physical stuff activated i thought because it was a reply i maby would be helped faster but gues my mail got back to the bottem i hope its all cleared up soon :) just wanted to type this out greets from belgium a huge fan of the games Last edited by dutchy666#4559 on Dec 16, 2024, 4:20:04 AM Last bumped on Dec 28, 2024, 4:47:47 AM

" The problem with this is, they still seem to have time to lock accounts that got hacked AFTER the damage has been done and the lock is useless. Further kicking the victims in the face, by denying access. And only doing copy-paste answer after that, is going to make people lose their marbles. It being xmas/new year holidays is no excuse for this much delay. They released the Early Access at this time. They posted a video of "1 million redemptions".
