Temple of chaos issues with leap slam

Hello, i encountered at least two issues in temple of chaos related to leap slam. Both made me unable to progress further.

First was in iirc second round, where there was goal to fetch soul cores, and there was a lever to move up and down a wall. When the wall was up, and i was walking over it, I accidentaly jumped down from the wall which made me unable to continue and get killed.

Now i started trial and wanted to go down faster in the first round. so i skipped the lift with leap, and im unable to do dmg to monsters. And they wont even aggro me near the lift. https://imgur.com/a/zcexTho

e: after many attempts i managed to jump back on the lift and start the encounter, still very unpleasant anyway :D
