Performence issue using old GPU

Hey,
Playing POE2 until now and loving it. However I just got this issue.
I had 2080TI which unfortunately malfunctioned. So i'm now using an old 1050TI.
It worked mostly fine with target framerate at 30, and dynamic resolution, of course settings are on "low".

My computer restarted for some reason and now the performance decreased to a level which cannot be played. Im not sure what happened, other 3d applications are working fine (at what 1050ti can do) but POE2 decreased its performance by a lot, it can't reach the target 30fps no matter what.

In task manager i see the gpu engine as "gpu0 - copy" while other application are using "gpu0 -3d"


Im not sure if it's related.


I tried to reinstall the driver, play with the settings, but nothing seems to revert me to the performance I had pre restarting.

would love some help.

Ill have a new pc in a month, but I really don't want to hold playing this game for a month now.
