Unable to get passed ardura caravan

I have been playing since launch and was leveling my witch and had just finished the first trail on like Tuesday and I decided to start a few new characters and goof around when I tried to log back into my witch in Ardura Caravan it would not let me log back into my character. the game will still let me log into any act one character but if I try the witch the same thing happens. so today I got to do some more leveling with a friend and we beat act 1 on my merch and went to head to jump on the caravan and now I cant log into 2 of my characters.

Has now happened for a second time in venom crypts cant
log into the same character. can log in to any of my other characters

I have checked my files. i have update my video drivers. i have lowered settings. i have uninstalled and and reinstalled 2xs. i got my character back after the first time but now nothing seems to work. if i try to load in i hear the sounds of the teleport in but i cannot see or hear anything else. the loading screen just keeps spinning. i havent been able to play my character since my last post. my other characters seem to be unaffected atm but the first time it happened to me i lost 2 characters to this "bug". i dont have any other characters in act 3.
