Guild Flask Tab grouping issue

Flasks added to the tab are ending up in wrong groups.
i.e. Mana flasks that require level 30 or 40 ending up in highest tier group.

Just a guess but that looks like it might be using the character level instead of item's required level.

This is still an issue. When looking at my flask tab, I see multiple flasks in the row below my level range as red, because the level they actually require is higher than mine, and ones in the rows above above my level range in green, because the actual required level is lower.

The flasks are not being grouped right.
