PS5 Spirit Not Counting (Witch Playthrough)

I am playing a witch on ps5 and even though I defeat the King of the Mists and consumed the skull for extra +30 spirit after a while this is no longer appearing in the totals for minion aura count

I have a sceptre that gives me 100 spirit and that is all I can spend for the aura and minion count, whereas on the character screen it shows I have 130 spirit

Initially I could spend all 130, but then after switching out a skill gem the issue started

I have unselected, reselected - played around with settings - taken off all my gear, replaced with a different set and reverted back to what I was using & logged in and out multiple times and nothing works

Has anyone else experienced this bug?
