Dropped Kabala Relic, new one doesn’t spawn.

Was going back through cruel mode to get points for skills doing quest I missed. I ended up dropping my kabala orb and haven’t been able to find another one. I have farmed both zones Bone pit and Keth for 8 hours each.

Is the quest bugged where if you drop it, then it won’t respawn again?


Quest says Insert kabala relic, but I can’t get another one to drop.
