No coins or MTX for $99 pack purchase on PS5. No reply to ticket email for 5 days now.
Don't know what to do here since there is no way to directly contact GGG through the game or this forum. Sent a support ticket email 5 days ago. Still no reply.
I purchased the $99 pack on Playstation. No coins or MTX in the game, nor do any of my PoE 1 purchases (also made on PS5) carry over. Sony will not refund, so as of right now I am screwed out of $99 with nothing to show for it. Not happy with GGG right now. Last bumped on Dec 16, 2024, 7:18:11 PM

this is a common problem on PlayStation pack purchases. A possible 'fix' has been mentioned in many of the other threads about this exact issue, but I will reiterate it here:
Within the game on Playstation press Options and go to the Microtransaction Store. Somewhere on the page will be an option to Buy Points. Select this, which after a delay ought to cause your account to sync, and should mean your account mtx balance updates to reflect your purchased packs. |
