Can you cancel the damn ban policy?

I have been unfairly banned for 6 days now, and I still don’t know why or what to do. I’ve sent emails to the support team, but there has been no response. Seeking help on the forums only results in standard replies like “we’re handling a large number of tickets,” “we’re understaffed,” or “please be patient.”

If you’re truly overwhelmed, then stop adding to your workload. Temporarily cancel this unreasonable and indiscriminate ban system, and only restart it once you have sufficient staff. The purpose of the bans is to maintain the game environment, but your current policy of indiscriminately banning innocent players without resolving issues in a timely manner is only making the gaming experience worse!

I’ll say it again: if you’re short on staff, then disable this harsh ban policy for now!
