Can't Interact with Relic Alter in Sekhemas Trial

Reference number 100,811,450. Clicking on the placard that says, "Interact to Participate in the Trial of the Sekhemas" does nothing. Restarting Steam game client and the problem persists. I had removed my relics from the alter earlier, teleported to my hideout (which you can't do directly from the trial start room for some reason) then returned a bit later, and the altar is now unresponsive.

EDIT: I left a Djinn Barya token in the relic altar after removing my tokens, in case that matters. Also, I visited another player to buy an honour resistance relic from and visited their altar room to make the purchase. I did not join their trial, if they had one in progress, just visited the instance for the trade.

OK, when I logged in today I was able to access the altar. The relics I had purchased for honour resistance that were slotted into it are now missing, though. 4ex and time spent trading for them were wasted. 4ex isn't a big deal for a character in maps, but this would be bad for a character in campaign.

I'm having this problem right now.. clicking the altar does nothing. What gives? Re-started, ran some maps, same problem...

I am having this issue too, i just got some pretty awesome relics to from trade. i hope they dont disappear. I have tried restarting and nothing

We're having the same problem. Wife got in on my altar key, and was then unable to click on the altar to put in the key. It lights up when she puts the mouse over the altar like you should be able to click on it, but when she clicks it uses that skill instead of using the altar. We've tried restarting the game and computer. Tried logging into different server. Tried going back to our normal server. Nothing seems to be working. Any other ideas to try?


***EDIT*** Left to town, through a portal. After getting to town, portals disappeared so the only way back was through the waypoint. She used the waypoint, and was then able to use the altar.
