My item dissapeared upon entering the Trial of Chaos

I had my weapon disappear from my weapon slot upon entering the Trial of Chaos twice now, once it happened when leveling my character on my second ascension, once now when i just attempted it on lvl 88 doing a 10 trial one for my fourth ascension.
The first time it happened I thought i did something wrong like vendoring or disenchanting my item, although im not a retard to do that, but this time i was on stream with 5 guys watching me do it, i had all my summons with me outside of the istance which cannot be the case if that weapon is not equipped due to the spirit it gives, and it happens twice for me now, like what am i supposed to do about it, that weapon is worth like 100+ exalted orbs on the action house, and my build is bricked without it, tell me thats something yall can do something about, if not that would be ludicrous.

This just happed to me as well. 4 divine weapon just gone.
