Can't see my POE2 early access page on website (PS5 key)

I purchased POE2 early access from the Playstation store and I'm unable to see my early access in my account.

"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."

Any fix for this?

I am also facing the same issue, I logged onto my Sony account via the website. And I don't see my account there. Only see my account when I log onto my account via the PS5.

Same happened to me but for PC, already sent two emails to GGG costumer support and I've been waiting for almost 5 days now but still no response from them.

The online store where the key was bought will only do something if GGG support answers.

Did everything right, bought the key, activated the product on the game website, redeemed the code on Steam, played for 5 hours and now I just can't login anymore.

Nothing wrong with the payment, money got out of my bank account I have the receipt to prove it.

Everytime I try to Login I get this error message: "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."

Key most likely was revoked, I activated the game, redeemed it on Steam and played it for 5 hours but now its like I didn't even activated anything there is just no record of any transaction in my PoE account.

Escalated the ticket but costumer support will only do something if GGG says something back in the mail.
