Online co-op Party system disconnect bug
I have been playing the PS5 version since release a lot, and almost always with my friend online. We came across an issue in endgame mapping I have yet to see reported here, so I will do my best to explain.
Create a party by inviting another player from the in game friends list. Warp to player, enter their map portal(s) and complete said map. (Doesn’t seem to matter whose map it is, or who invites/warps to who). The next map opened by either player will disconnect either player to the login screen when entering the portal. Attempting to leave party and reform will not fix this either. Still get sent back to login screen. The only way to do another map together is to leave party, log out, log back in. Not game breaking, but definitely annoying. Bonus bug!: If the PlayStation controller is turned off by user via PlayStation menus or the battery completely dies the user is returned to login screen. Probably be better if the game just paused instead? 🙂 Absolutely love the game so far! The transparency and updates by the devs is something I haven’t seen in the industry in a long time. Keep up the good work and Happy Holidays! 👍 Last bumped on Dec 16, 2024, 8:13:30 PM

This party issue was occurring about one to two days ago. Seems to have been fixed without a patch download? Not currently having issues with the Party system today! 👏

Attempted to test this again. We were successfully opening each others maps in each others hideouts. Until we went to our guild hideout via /guild in chat. Opening a map while in a party, in guild hideout with friend, enter portal disconnects player.
