Bloodmage's Vitality Siphon + Couture of Crimson BUG

Hey, as mentioned in the title, I encountered a bug with the combination Vitality Siphon (passive) + Couture of Crimson (Unique Chest). If I have both active/equipped, my spirit gems Blasphemy and Withering Presence randomly turn off during combat. The interval is completely random.

To fix it, I have to unslot and slot any support gem in any of the spirit gems. Once I have done that by one of them, all spirit skills are active again...
This is really annoying since it can occur every few seconds. So this set up is currently unplayable.
