Stormfire support + Stormweaver "Strike Twice" interaction fail

Stormfire is making the first shock infinite duration, but not the second granted by the ascendency node.

Yup came here to report his, I made a cold gas arrow stormweaver with the idea that I would keep strike twice double shocks and maybe double chill on everything to see if it was worth building into (it is, with all the shock magnitude it debuffs so much damage on targets for you and party and everything stays in slow motion), and I kept noticing even with stormfire on my stormcaller arrow only the first shock stays on target.
