Can't Trade or Whisper

Hey guys,
I'm unable to 'direct whisper' from the POE2 Trade section. Error I get is "your account cannot use this feature." Additionally, I can't set my premium tabs to public. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Last bumped on Dec 20, 2024, 9:51:41 PM

Bump cause I'm getting a similar "specified character does not exist" response when attempting a trade whisper.

Still haven't found a solution. I've reached out to GGG but haven't heard back yet. I'm seeing similar posts on the forum w/ no solution.
