Stormweaver "Strike Twice" + Voltaic Mark

Voltaic Mark is not applying increased shock effect to both shocks from Stormweaver's "Strike Twice" Ascendancy passive.
Only applies to the first/strongest shock. Wording of the skill does not support this behaviour.  Last bumped on Jan 28, 2025, 7:42:11 PM

Voltaic mark should be fixed to either apply to both shocks, or have a different wording. |
