Bug with the witch on PS5

I have a unique robe that returns lost life to me for 10% mana. I recently got through the 2nd trial and upgraded my infernalist to sacrifice 25% of health for spirit per life. I noticed that when equipped with this unique my mana drains to 0 because the game thinks I'm being damaged by my passive but im not. Please fix this so I can use it.

I had just spent all my gold now my character is stuck running the same level over and over so I can get the gold to spec out of it. Great game otherwise really enjoying it.
