Cannot recover my main id password

Does GGG have any support for resetting passwords? Why is it taking so long, and after sending the request, there has been no response? It’s just a password recovery request.

Yes, I understand, but regarding the password reset request,should it automatically send an email response when requested.

If you are trying to change the password on the website yourself, make sure that you have entered the correct current password when requested, and that you are using the email account that is linked to your PoE account.

Check your spam/junk email folders for the autoreply.

Thank you for the information, but I forgot my password and would like to recover it. However, I haven't received any email after used recover password function, and I've checked both the spam and junk folders.
