Raging Spirit is bugged??

I had been using Raging Spirit when I cast Flame Wall, and it had been working great. I'd see the raging spirits appear every time I cast Flame Wall. All of a sudden, the raging spirits are no longer appearing. Has this happened to anyone? And yes, I do have both Raging Spirit and Flame Wall in my Skill window.

Never mind, I found out what the problem was.

Prolly same problem i had. Spirit change w the arsonists minions reserved the spirit for the minions first and didn't leave enough for the spirits. Go in, decrease arsonist count by 1, it'll free enough spirit for you to reactivate spirits.
