Path of Exile 2 Early Access Key is not able to redeem in my Epic Games account.

Hi there,
I have sent an email for the issue about unable to redeem Early Access Key on Epic Games. Epic Games said that the issue cannot be resolved on Epic and that I should contact GGG support team. So, sent the email 4 days ago to support@grindinggear.com attached screen captures related to the error. However, still haven't received any responses even a notification that the email was received.
