Augury map bug

There is a bug in this map because I cleared the entire map, pulled all the levers but the doors to the arena don't open. I walked around the map several times and cleaned everything to see if there was another hidden lever, but no, the map is really bugged. I took a screenshot to show that I actually cleaned the entire map.

I had a similar problem yesterday, but on Decay map. A rare monster was behind the border of the map and there was no possibility to get there, so I didn't complete the map because of that.
