Early Access Items not Received
As the title states, I haven't received my early access items.
I've emailed support 3 times over this week and no reply. I've @on twitter, I've messaged them on Facebook. To top it off they don't have a phone service, in this day and age if you don't reply to emails at least provide someone to actually talk to. Not happy and won't recommend the game to anyone until it's resolved. Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 11:02:03 AM

With all due respect, the customer service is crap. In my initial support ticket, I provided the issue I was having (with screenshots) and my account name etc (with screenshots), all the information required. The response I got was from some GGG guy asking for my account name, which was already in my original ticket, which tells me they didn't even read it... that was 6 days ago. |

A month and still no action taken to sort my account.
If only I could get my money back. |

It looks like your Supporter Pack points and items were added correctly to the sub-account it was purchased on. You can switch which sub-account you're using at character select, so if you'd like to access the cosmetic items and points you should be able to do so by choosing the correct sub-account to play using.
If you purchased the pack on the wrong sub-account by mistake, you'll need to contact us at support@grindinggear.com and if you've done so already you'll need to wait for a response from the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're working through a large volume of tickets so we appreciate your patience! |
