Dont get my points

I bought 100 points twice 4 days ago from the PlayStation Store, but I was only credited with 100 points. I've already tried to contact them via x (Twitter) but was unsuccessful. What else can I do?

Same here! I bought 100 points 3 days ago, tried all the stuff that I read from others and no luck! I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem, sucks that it had to be this way. Hopefully it can be fix asap as I would like to buy the trail in the shop

I'm sorry to hear that you've had the same experience. Is there anything new for you? I still haven't received a response, neither via x nor via email support. And from the looks of things, no one here in the forum seems to feel responsible either.

Are you still having issue or did you get it in the end? If not, I think I may have found a solution after days of searching around. So I read on one of the post that if you download the first Path of Exile, the PS4 version not the ps5 one. Then you create a character or if you already have one then go to "mtx" in the pause section. After that just go to "Buy points" by clicking on the currency, not buying but just by clicking on one of them you should get it!

Apparently the "Add-ons" on the ps store for the Poe2 is not connected to it but rather to Poe1 so Idk why it's on the Poe2 "add-on" then if that the case. Maybe they haven't tied them yet or idk. Either way hope this helps or fixes it, idk if it solves it but it did for me at least! Hope it does for you too! And also sorry for the long reply haha XD

Hi! Yeah it's a bummer and weird how no one responds to something so important and crucial, I mean it involves real money after all. You would think stuff like this would be a priority but oh well it is what it is. And I know they're on holiday break now and they have alot of work to do so I get it! I didnt receive an entire early access pack. Upgraded to the Faridun pack, previously purchased the Ogham pack. Never received contents from the upgrade.

Sorry for the late reply but have you tried the method I posted here? Like going into the Poe 1 (PS4 vers. if you're on console). Then go to the "buy points" via the pause menu then it should load in!
