480 supporter pack bought on wrong account

Hi,

My apologies for bringing this here . I emailed support awhile ago and haven't heard anything back and it's a tad frustrating.

So I linked my steam account previously and bought supporter packs in the past . Love the game and GGG and I like to support them .

I just bought the 480 dollar pack but now I bought it on my GGG account and not the steam one with all the other cosmetics . Is it possible to merge the accounts or put the new pack I bought on my steam account ? Or should I request a refund and then go ahead and purchase it on the correct account ?

Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to feel like I just wasted 480 dollars

I have the same problem, altough only bought 30$ pack and the points are on wrong account.
Same as you, no answer in email and sent it week ago.
Hopefully they can sort this out <3
i have the same problem sent multiple emails with no response.
something is wrong with their email service i guess...
Going to bump this, since this is a sizable purchase and i kinda want an answer eventually. Though I do understand it's the holidays but an acknowledgement would be nice..

It's been nearly a month with absolutely no response. If I don't hear a response within a week my time period to contest the charge is gone .

I urge a response so we can get this fixed or I might need to consider contesting the charge . I am not going to be out 500 for nothing .

This is really frustrating . If I dont hear back by Friday I'll have no choice but to initiate a charge back . I have been patient . It's been over a month now.

I have supported GGG but I can't support this.


480 dollars is a chunk of change . I don't mind supporting if you didn't have such a clunky system that creates two separate accounts .

I honestly don't even care if you ban the account after I do a charge back . Let this thread show I attempted to do it the right way but brought only by your lack of a response in a reasonable time frame.
If you charge back you'll be banned, permanantly...just FYI

They have already told you that there is a queue, the amount of support request basically jammed their inbox and they are working through 3 to 4 times their "normal" peak amounts (which can take about a week at league launches)
