Creating threads in a feedback section in the Discord server would be a lot more convenient. And reactions would help pinpoint major pain points players are having.

Edit: I’m surprised this got posted since the website crashed the moment I pressed the button to post. Case and point right there.

Dont believe they own the discord, the poe reddit does and they happily abuse their powers there because "no connection to ggg"

Holy. So it’s even worse than I thought. Devs really need to make their own Discord. They’re no longer a small indie developer.

Yeah... unironically hosting a forum in 2024 is embarrassingly bad.

And, while we're at it, how's about making an actual service status page instead of sometimes using twitter to announce downtime/incidents? Not everybody here has an account where all the alt-right edgelords live.

Because when the game servers are down, the website goes down too. Like, why would the website be using the same hosting as the game servers?
