accidentaly bought stashes on wrong account

Hi there,

I wrote to support, but it is a week and there is no response. I want to know, what to do... My situtation:

I have Steam account and website account (2 different names with "#1234" number). I am currently playing and have my characters on Steam, but i bought stashes on another one. Yes i have connected Steam account to my website profile. What to do?

Same Problem here, Emailed them at the very first day of release AND STILL GOT NO ANSWER. Meanwhile i wrote the 5th Email to them, with absolutely no respond.

Can you please tell us how long we should wait for a reply once we email support?

I sent my first email on December 8th and sent a follow up today.

I understand that this is a busy time and I am willing to wait, but it would be nice to know how long we will have to wait for.

Dont wish for that - i got my first response and it was a copy paste answer asking me for character and account names - and yes i sent it from the mail those accounts are connected to - nothing since then.

Hi there,

are you going to solve our problem or you will just ignore us? I know right you have a lot of work, but there is no chance we are not getting answer for like 2-3 weeks... How we can get better in game when we can't move towards.
