Assistance Required: Unable to Verify My Account Email
Dear Path of Exile Support Team,
I recently purchased early access to Path of Exile2 on Steam. After playing for a while, I realized that I am unable to use the chat feature because my account needs to be verified. When I attempted to verify my account through the Path of Exile website, I noticed that my registered email address is an old one, which I no longer have access to. I wanted to update it to my current email address, but I was unable to do so because the verification email is being sent to the old address. My Steam account is also linked to the new email address. Could you please assist me in updating my account email or provide an alternative solution? Thank you for your help and time. Dead Path of Exile team,
i am waiting since almost two weaks for your assitance and i am very dissapointed with the customer support. I got not a single reply on my post here. i emailed the same issue. I got a reply for that on the 19.12, where i got asked for my account and charater names and since then nothing happened. Its very sad cause i realy like the game. I cant use core features like chat and currency exchange, which realy hinders interaction with other players. If this is how you treat your customers i am not willing to invest any more of my money. |
