Unique Morior Invictus Grand Regalia doesn't count off-hand socket

I have the "+10 to spirit per socketed rune or soul core" mod and my spirit doesn't go up when I equip a socketed focus along with my wand.

I believe the armor only counts "per socketed items" ON the armor and not anywhere else. Assuming, you have a 4 socketed Morior Invictus, it should just be +40 spirit.
