Trial of Chaos ate my token

Was playing on Irongos, my merc, doing the trial of chaos. Failed on round 3, but when I was sent back to the beginning, my token had disappeared, meaning I couldn't do the trials anymore. Please help!

Same thing happened to me.

It would be nice if this was a priority. I failed my first attempt in the second room and it ate my token. Ten levels later I finally get another one and I failed it on the final room and it ate my token. I'm not doing this again until it's either fixed, or I'm so high I can just breeze through it no problem. This is BS.
