[Bug report] We can change stones during boss fight

Basically when playing with controller game pauses if we open skill management UI.

And in that UI we can rearrange support gems right in the middle of boss fight.

It feels broken and could be abused, especially in Hardcore mode.

I think It is OK for regular gameplay, but I believe it should be impossible during boss fight (like we cant use portal scroll for example)
