Linking Accounts does not transfer Stash Tabs or MTX for POE2

I had to create a steam account day one because linking accounts was down so I was playing on my Steam account with no tabs or mtx. I linked my accounts now but I have not gotten any of my previous purchases on my linked steam account.

I would have made my character on my POE account but the website was down for a few days on launch.

I contacted support email awhile ago but still have not a received a solution to access my previous purchases.
