Witch infernalist demon form bug with second wind support

The update after the patch made second wind on demon form unable to go on cooldown once two charges are fully complete. After using one charge, it will not start a cooldown to get the second one. After using both charges it will remain at 0 charges without going on cooldown. The only temp fix right now is moving them support gem in and out of the inventory. It was working as intended before patch.

How to replicate bug-
-Using Demon Mode with [second wind] support gem
-Wait till second wind charge up to 2 charges completely, while still in demon form.
-exit and re-enter demon form
-Results: demon mode will not go on cooldown and will not gain any charges.

same. Only way I can fix it is take the gem off after transforming and putting it back in. I play ssf hardcore and it adds an extra chore.
