Hello, i've already sent a mail to the support but never had a response so i post my problem here, i just copy the message here:

Sadly that mail is literally useless, i've already sent 2 emails and none of them had a reply, no one is doing literally nothing for my problem, i'm just waiting for nothing, please help me
