Poe 2 can't access poe2 trade on pc (ps5)

Says my account doesn't have poe2 yet I'm playing it on my ps5, and it even transferred my stash tabs etc but on site I can't use poe2 trade?

Same issues on Xbox. I have IRL friend on PC who whispers me but I cannot see it. We also cannot trade or send party invites to each other. Cross platform is enabled.

" I'm having the same problem. I emailed them over the break about it and did get an initial response asking for more info, which I sent, but haven't heard anything back yet. I've been able to work around it by going to the poe 2 website directly, then signing in there and hitting trade. This seems to work even though the quick actions say I don't have access. |

Okay that’s the next issue that they should had fixed before the game release
