Accidental triple purchase after error timeout

Hello !

Monday, I had a little issue with the in-game shop. I tried, multiple times, to purchase the "Premium stash tab bundle" at 165 points, and every time i had an error message like "purchase failed, server connexion timeout" and my total points amount was still intact (600 points from the Lord of Ogham pack). So I finaly gave up.

But relogging few minutes later, it appears that i did the purchase 3 times, leaving me with 18 extra tabs and 105 points left..

Is it possible to remove the 12 extra tabs i didnt want to purchase and have my 330 points back ?

So i did an email to the support team on the 16th december, i got an intervention from two different guys but both were helpless with 0 feedback.

Is it possible to solve my issue ? Yes, No ?
