Twitch Drops

Dear Path of Exile Support Team,
I bought the early access version of them game via Steam recently. However i was around %87 of the first drops( halo of rightous and flask) on twitch when the time ended for the drops and could not claim them.
I wanted to ask if there as a possible way for you to send me the related drop rewards from the twitch?
