Ps5 "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access"

Hi,
I have purchased early access on PS5 and have played a bit and linked my PS5 account to my account here, however it says I do not have early access and I do not see my characters from POE2 nor any options to select POE2 trade here. I checked and the account DI that shows up here on the website is the same in PS5. (While linking the accounts actually have somehow accidentally created and linked 2 accounts but none of them have access to POE2). Last bumped on Jan 7, 2025, 5:31:01 PM

I have the same issue.. I bought the 100 pack and it keeps telling me that I need to buy that pack. I want to upgrade to the bigger pack 480 but won’t let me.
I have also send a e-mail but no response yet. If I heard anything about it, I let u know. |

I also play on the PS5, linked my account here with sony but when i click on
"Path of Exile 2 Early Access" i get the message "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." So when i want to trade/ to whisper, i always get the message "your account must be in-game to use this feature" I can do this via the ingame browser or on pc, the result is the same. But theres also no way to register the early access I bought on the PS5 on this site, at least I haven't discovered it yet. My highest char is lvl46 - thats because I read in some places that the char must be at least lvl25 in order to be able to trade. Help would be awesome! |

I have the same issue and would really like to try and get a basic loot filter running assuming they work on ps5

Same exact problem. Linked but says no access even though I have been playing POE2 Beta since launch.

Ive got the same problem. Bought on PlayStation store the lord of ogham edition. Im able to play on my ps5 but on website its not showing any heroes from poe2 early access. Ive write email today to support about this. I will let know if i get any feedback

To clarify, the early access status page only shows your status for the PC early access. If you've purchased one of the Early Access Packs on PlayStation or Xbox, you would have access on that platform regardless of your status page.
Additionally, at this time you aren't able to view your Path of Exile 2 characters on the website. This means you'll need to log into the game client to view your characters. I hope this information is helpful! |
