Act III Final Boss No Loot

Killed act 3 final boss.
Got killed a second after by a bleed/aoe.
Respawned at check point nearby.
Boss was dead, no loot dropped, no cutscene plated.
NPCs both just stood there, couldn't interact.
Had to just leave and start cruel mode.

same thing happened to me... feels bad

Yup, same thing here. Then got taken to the next stage. Lame!

For me was the same but now I cannot move on endgame stage
