Can't use Chance Orb on Utility Belts since patch.

Ever since the patch, attempting to use chance orbs on a utility belt (normal rarity) results in a message "Item cannot increase in rarity". This wasn't in the patch notes, so I'm assuming it's a bug.

Same, wanted to try upgrade it to unique rarity but failed. Why is that?

Because utility belts have nothing to chance into, Ingenuity is a boss exclusive drop.

Then how come you click on the chance orb and it highlights the belt like everything else as if it can be make unique. I've also watched others bon YouTube do it. So what you said isn't true.
