No Legendary Drop after 35 levels?

Am I crazy or should I expect to have found a legendary by now? I'm currently in Act 3. I've seen them drop for others in my group once or twice but that's about it. I suppose its possible I've missed one but would be surprised, I've done 90% of the game solo so far.

That's just how RNG is... some people find 3+ uniques before level 10, other find none for 80 levels(an exaggeration btw, but it can happen to someone)

it's also dependent on how much % increased Rarity of Items found you have, that makes it easier to find magic/rare/uniques.

and the items are not legendary, they are called unique because that's what they are, items with specific mods that doesn't make them better, just uniques since they can have some sort of gimmick that might make specific builds possible.

most uniques are useless or just good for leveling new characters since some have low level requirement to equip and good bonuses for low levels but bad once you get to a certain point where rares are better.

There are no legendaries in POE.
