Cannot enter temple of kopec

I turned in key to Alva, quest state updates to "enter temple of kopec" cannot enter.

did you find a fix for this as i have this now

Same problem; I portaled into a fight in the Apex of Filth, and the idol was on the ground; i grabbed it and went to town and to the Kopec entrance. Alva was not there at the door also, and when i placed the idol into the door, it would only say that i didnt have the proper quest state to enter

I have this bug on a new character 1/19/2025.

Did anyone find a fix/work around? Does customer support help with this issue?
