Deshret's Blessing Level-up Extra Effect not working

Dear GGG support,
I'm an owner of the King of the Faridun Pack, which features Deshret's Blessing Level-up Extra Effect.
Unfortunately, I've noticed that while I have it equipped, there is no visual effect at all upon levelling up (not even the standard one).

Please verify it so that you can eventually fix it up.

same here. broken. i turned it off and on just to be sure but no, not working
